This page explains the consent required for a child or young person to attend Little Explorer Ways Big Summer Adventure activities.

Parent Or Guardian Consent

By completing a booking and making payment, you confirm that you are the parent, guardian, or authorised adult responsible for the child or young person named in the booking.

You give permission for the named child or young person to take part in the selected Little Explorer Ways activities, trips, travel arrangements, and supervised group activities.

Supervision And Attendance

Parents are strongly encouraged to attend and enjoy the day with their children. Transport is included in all trips, and the meeting and outing point is Willenhall.

Health, Safety, And Emergency Contact

You confirm that the booking details you provide are accurate, including contact details, child names, and any notes that may help with safe attendance. If there are medical, allergy, access, behavioural, or support needs that organisers should know about, you should include them in the booking notes or contact Little Explorer Ways before the activity.

You authorise Little Explorer Ways and its activity partners to take reasonable steps in an emergency, including contacting emergency services where necessary.

Some activities may be delivered by third-party venues or providers. Their own safety rules, age restrictions, clothing requirements, and participation instructions may apply.
