Bookings
A booking is only confirmed once payment has been successfully processed through Stripe. Spaces are limited, and booking is essential.
Prices
Prices are shown on the booking page for each selected activity and ticket type. The total payable is calculated from the activities and quantities selected before checkout.
Non-Refundable Deposit And Payments
Payments may include a non-refundable deposit or non-refundable booking element used to secure spaces, venue places, transport arrangements, and administration. By paying, you acknowledge that the deposit or booking element is non-refundable unless Little Explorer Ways cancels the activity and no suitable alternative is offered.
Changes And Cancellations
Little Explorer Ways may make reasonable changes to activity timing, provider, transport, meeting arrangements, or programme details where necessary for safety, availability, weather, operational reasons, or provider requirements.
Parent And Guardian Responsibility
The person completing the booking confirms they have authority to book for the named child or young person and accepts the parental consent requirements.
Behaviour And Safety
Attendees must follow instructions from Little Explorer Ways, transport staff, and activity providers. A participant may be refused participation if behaviour creates a safety risk.
